Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and network administration along with excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include providing technical support to our employees troubleshooting hardware and software issues and managing user accounts and permissions. This position may also involve installing software updating systems and configuring network equipment. The IT Support specialist must be able to work well under pressure and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. A bachelors degree in computer science or a related field is preferred along with relevant certifications such as CompTIA or Microsoft. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
