Are you naturally analytical detail-driven and passionate about using data to make a real difference At Consultus were looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our growing International Operations team as we continue to support clients across the globe.

Youll be at the heart of our international reporting delivery service; building and maintaining critical mark-to-market reports solving problems and improving processes that underpin global client success.

What youll be doing:
Build maintain and update client mark-to-market reports using Excel and MyEnergy
Enter trade data and collaborate with our Risk and Procurement teams to ensure client market exposure is accurate
Maintain trackers for reporting delivery and ensure timelines are met
Investigate and resolve data quality issues ensuring first-time error-free outputs
Work cross-functionally to collect and validate information ensuring clients receive accurate and timely reports
Support continuous improvement of reporting processes aligned with our values of excellence and delight
What were looking for:
Essential:
Experience working with large and complex data sets in a commercial or operational environment
A background in the energy or utilities sector is important given the complexity of our client reporting
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including pivot tables charts formulas like IF COUNTIF UNIQUE XLOOKUP and conditional formatting
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical data into simple actionable insights
Strong initiative and self-starter attitude comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
Desirable:
Experience with Power BI and/or Power Query
Experience in a similar data or reporting role even outside the energy sector would be a strong advantage
Familiarity with managing data within a CRM especially Microsoft Dynamics
