What Youll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily operations of the practice including managing patient schedules and inventory.
Leading the front desk team providing training and guidance to ensure a high standard of service.
Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Coordinating with clinical staff to improve patient scheduling and treatment workflows.
Ensuring compliance with regulations including infection control and patient confidentiality.
Addressing patient inquiries concerns and billing issues promptly and professionally.
Helping with marketing initiatives to attract new patients and maintain strong relationships with current ones.
What Were Looking For:
A proven background in dental or orthodontic practice management.
Strong leadership skills and a positive motivational approach to managing a team.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Familiarity with dental software and office management systems.
Knowledge of dental procedures terminology and regulatory compliance standards.
