You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe National Manager Key Account Relationships for Manulife Mortgage Protection Plan (MPP) plays a crucial role in executing broker engagement strategies and enhancing sales performance within the organization. This position involves closely collaborating with the National Director of Key Accounts and the MCI Management team to develop and implement training programs presentations and ongoing relationship-building initiatives with broker firms ensuring alignment with Manulifes strategic objectives.
The National Manager will represent and advocate for MPP within the mortgage broker community fostering strong relationships with brokers and industry associations. This role requires identifying opportunities through pipeline management selecting broker events where MPPs participation would add value and increase market visibility and delivering monthly sales results. Success in this position demands strong communication skills proficiency in CRM software the ability to travel and effective collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist the National Director of Key Accounts and the MCI Management team in executing broker strategies.
In collaboration with the rest of the sales team Create organize and execute key training programs for broker firms.
Develop plans to achieve year-over-year sales growth.
Represent and promote MPP within the Mortgage Broker community by building strong relationships with brokers and industry associations.
Identify opportunities through pipeline management and present them to the MCI management team.
Propose and negotiate MPPs participation in broker events and conferences ensuring alignment with strategic goals for mortgage protection.
Collaborate with the MOS Reporting team to deliver monthly sales results to the management team of key firms.
Maintain and enhance the relationship between the firm and MCI.
Keep the MCI management team informed about firm trends opportunities and business activities.
Manage and expand product opportunities at the firm level.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service sales or a related field preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
Over 3 years of experience working with mortgage brokers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proficiency with CRM software and customer management tools.
Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
Valid Drivers License as the successful candidate will be required to travel within Canada up to 50% during peak seasons and 30% annually.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of mortgage protection products and the mortgage industry is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
