Job Description
Note: This position is a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekend or evening work based on schools needs.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have experience in groundskeeping and facilities maintenance a valid drivers license and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Job Description
- Maintain school grounds including mowing edging trimming blowing pruning and general landscaping
- Perform seasonal grounds tasks (leaf removal mulching snow/ice clearing)
- Keep outdoor spaces clean and safe by removing trash debris and hazards
- Support basic facilities maintenance including painting drywall repair furniture assembly and minor plumbing/electrical tasks
- Assist with event setup and breakdown on school grounds
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends based on school needs
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in groundskeeping or facilities maintenance
- Proficient with hand and power tools (e.g. drills wrenches saws)
- Minor experience in plumbing carpentry HVAC or general repair
- Ability to lift/move items over 50 lbs regularly
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills (email online ordering etc.)
