Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Maintains Universal Creative (UC) facility assets including owned and leased work locations furniture fixtures and equipment in these locations and vehicles. Performs maintenance of Universal Creative properties and completes required work orders. Fields daily service calls from the various Creative Project teams and departments. Plans and Schedules necessary Preventative Maintenance and inspections to keep UC properties in compliance with leases and EHS.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Procure products and services needed via the various UC systems. This includes the collection of necessary data (scopes of work a vendors quote and a schedule of events) entry of this data into the appropriate UC system follow-up to ensure that contractual document is received by the vendor payment to the vendor and contract closeout or product receipt.
  • Coordinate and schedule various work to be -completed by outside vendors as necessary. Makes infield decisions as appropriate and provide work direction to contracted labor to ensure work is completed to UC standards.
  • Collect and update all data related to the Creative locations leased items and furniture fixtures and equipment used by Creative Teams (Lease information CAD files Project documents Furniture Items etc.) and store organize and update the information in the appropriate Facilities SharePoint site.
  • Perform repairs such as painting patching changing fixtures etc. and enhancements in the UC facilities as needed to ensure a safe clean and functional environment. Receive manage and complete work order requests; ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine inspections of Creative properties using the building maintenance checklist to note any deficiencies. Track and report all issues in appropriate systems.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:High school degree or GED required. Associate degree or Technical school preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in Facilities Construction or Project Management field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
