Job Summary
Provides high quality installations and prompt corrective and preventative maintenance on client hardware sold and supported by CDK
Responsibilities
Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures
Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements
Meet or exceed all performance expectations
Perform Daily functions using WFM device to update service and installation cases. (95-100%)
Travel up to 100 % of the time
Drive up to 50% of the time
