CSUNs Tseng College provides advanced professional education to undergraduate graduate international and midcareer students. Under general supervision the Registration Specialist is responsible for comprehensive registration and enrollment processes ensuring accuracy and compliance across degree certificate Open University Summer and Winter Sessions Special Sessions and non-credit programs. Handles complex enrollment issues in coordination with the Office of the Registrar. Conducts thorough audits and reconciliations of enrollment data ensuring alignment between academic and financial records. Develops and maintains accurate student records within institutional databases ensuring timely updates and maintenance. Serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) managing immigration-related processes such as issuing I-20 forms and maintaining Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) compliance. Provides outstanding customer service by effectively addressing inquiries via multiple communication channels including phone email virtual appointments and in-person visits.
