Job Description
Position: Allied Health and Nursing InstructorOverview:Educational Solutions is seeking a qualified Allied Health and Nursing Instructor to lead our highschool students through the Health Science CTE Pathway. This position is ideal for a nurse orhealthcare professional passionate about mentoring future healthcare workers and preparingstudents for certification and post-secondary Responsibilities: Teach courses including Health Science and Technology Medical Terminology HumanAnatomy and Physiology and Patient-Centered Care. Develop and deliver hands-on standards-aligned instruction that prepares students forhealthcare careers. Guide students in understanding medical ethics patient interaction anatomy andfoundational health science concepts. Collaborate with local healthcare providers to facilitate job shadowing or clinicalobservation opportunities. Support students in career exploration and preparation for further certification or alliedhealth : Current RN or LPN license required; bachelors degree in Nursing Health Science or arelated field preferred. Valid Ohio Department of Education Career-Technical License or ability to obtain. Teaching experience or training experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred. Strong organizational communication and mentorship skills.
