What is the opportunity
As the Sr. Consultant Practice Management and Teams you will work with advisors and their teams to foster an organized systematic approach to effective team development and strategic business growth. The position will guide top-tier and mid-tier producing advisors and teams through all things practice development and teaming: business planning segmentation value proposition client experience service models building a brand effective client communication team health and dynamics.
You will assess and guide practices in creating and implementing their teaming and practice development plans aid in creating executing and measuring the results of growth strategies and develop and lead workshops and training programs.
What will you do
Provide proactive and reactive coaching and consulting to advisors and teams (70%)
Develop and lead workshops that illuminate practice opportunities and gaps to inspire action (20%)
Contribute team expertise to the field department and firm (10%)

Washington and Colorado: The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $94000 - $165000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidates experience skills registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health dental vision life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
