At Early Steps Academy were not fixing reimagining it from the ground up.
In our world:
In our world 8-year-olds debate global issues.
Teenagers discuss ethics economics and AI.
And confidence isnt a buzzword: its a skill they build case by case.
Now were launching a movement to reach 2 million more children and were looking for young leaders to drive that change.
As a YLP Builder you will:
Lead local outreach and awareness campaigns
Pitch our confidence-building program to schools and communities
Track leads conversions and impact
Co-create growth ideas with ESAs HBS IIT founding team
Earn for every child you onboard to the mission
