PROVAIL has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of one of PROVAILs Employment Services offices providing strategic oversight team leadership and high-quality service delivery. This role ensures that services are person-centered aligned with PROVAILs mission and meet the standards of contract and accreditation requirements. The Program Manager plays a key role in driving quality service accountability and inclusion across the team and with external partners.
This is a full-time position that typically works Monday-Friday during normal business hours but may require some need for occasional nights/weekends-based business needs.

They created some of the first community services for individuals with cerebral palsy and other severe disabilities in the area. Our mission is supporting people with disabilities to fulfill their life choices. We help people decide how they want to live their life in the community and then provide the support services they need to act on those choices. What youll do:
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Provides direct supervision coaching and performance management to a team of Employment Consultants Job Coaches Job Development Specialists and Transition Specialists. Sets clear expectations supports staff development and fosters an inclusive accountable and collaborative team culture.
- Program Quality & Compliance: Oversees program compliance with accreditation standards and funding source contracts. Ensures data accuracy timely reporting and use of outcome data to inform continuous quality improvement.
- Strategic Alignment & Planning: Collaborates with the Program Director Regional Director and administrative support team to advance PROVAILs strategic plan. Aligns team goals and program activities with organizational priorities and long-term objectives. Communicates organizational and programmatic decisions to the team in a timely respectful and unified mannerreinforcing shared goals and modeling professionalism.
- Data Use & Reporting: Leads data collection and analysis to generate actionable insights. Develops and delivers clear accurate and reports to guide decision-making and measure impact.
- Policy & Process Improvement: Partners with the Program Director to identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency equity and customer experience.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Serves as a key representative of PROVAIL at community events including transition fairs provider meetings and employment planning sessions. Builds and maintains relationships with employers funders and service partners.
- Customer-Centered Oversight: Ensures all required documentation is accurate up to date and reflective of each customers employment plan. Promotes culturally responsive person-centered practices in all aspects of service delivery.
- Training & Capacity Building: Designs and delivers training for new and existing staff on key program areas such as job development systematic instruction documentation billing and Social Security work incentives. Models inclusive practices and supports knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Recruitment & Hiring: Participates in recruitment interviewing and onboarding of new team members to build a values-aligned high-performing workforce. Ensures compliance with PROVAILs hiring policies and processes.
What youll bring:
- BA/BS in Speech & Hearing Sciences Social Work or a related field AND 1 year of experience working in a supported employment program; OR 3 years of experience working in a supported employment program focusing on Individual Employment.
- 1 year of leadership experience (unpaid service or professional work).
- Must be able to pass a criminal history background check.
- Must have a current and valid Washington drivers license and good driving record own a vehicle and maintain insurance acceptable to the agencys insurance carrier.
