Job Description
INFRASTRUCTURE – Stratonext / Transformation
Experience Required : 8-15 years
For DC and DR Operations there is 1 vacancy for L2 Position with 5-10 years experience.
For Infrastructure tools there is 1 vacancy for L2 Position with 5-10 years experience.
For Network and Security 1 vacancy for L2 Position with 8 -10 years experience and 1 vacncy for
L3 position with 10-15 years of experience
Min Qualification : / Fintech Preference will be given to candidates who have
worked in banking transformation/ migration project
Location Preference : Thrissur Kerala
Responsibilities :
Infrastructure encompasses (1) DC DR NDR - Production and Non-Production environment (2)
Network components (3) Branch infrastructure (4) End user infrastructure (4) HO IT Infrastructure
FIS DC and DR operations during the period of transition
Own the contractual components pertaining to DC / DR NDR network and Branch infrastructure
as part of StratoNeXt. This will be applicable for all the applications
DC DR and NDR
Design of DC/DR and NDR
Define the implementation plan with the vendors and implement the same in accordance with the
plan
Define and manage the SLA and KPI for operations
Network
Design n/w of DC and DR Branches
Define the implementation plan with the vendors and implement the same in accordance with the

Manage the NOC in co-ordination with Vendor
Design n/w of DC and DR Branches
Define the implementation plan with the vendors and implement the same in accordance with the

Manage the NOC in co-ordination with Vendor
End user infrastructure management – This will include end user infrastructure support covering
the branches field staff and HO.
Define and manage architecture diagrams and DFD’s
Manage the SLA and KPI for all the infrastructure components
Manage and upkeep of Policies Sub Policies and SOP periodic update
Audit and compliance management
Define and Manage infrastructure budget (post go-live
