Job Description

In 2023 we became the lead consultant and On-Site Operations Manager for Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET)Germanys state-owned terminal operator created to respond to the national energy supply challenges triggered by the Ukraine crisis.

Tasks
- Lead the end-to-end management of energy infrastructure projects from feasibility to commissioning and operations.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across engineering finance permitting and operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients stakeholders contractors and authorities.
- Oversee project budgets timelines and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with international safety environmental and quality standards.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals client presentations and strategic planning.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers and technical staff.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the energy sector preferably LNG or gas infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing international multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks permitting processes and technical standards in energy infrastructure.
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and German. Other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
