You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are hiring Customer Service Agents with GDS experience for IGT Solutions in Maadi. You will be supporting international travel clients through phone and/or email channels managing reservations and resolving travel-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
Act as the front-line representative for travel customers
Handle inbound inquiries related to reservations cancellations and flight changes
Manage both phone and email communication professionally
Coordinate with internal travel support teams when needed
Resolve customer issues efficiently within SLA
Use GDS systems (e.g. Amadeus Sabre Galileo) to manage bookings
Log all customer interactions accurately
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Fluency in English: Minimum B2 ideally C1
GDS experience is a must (Amadeus Sabre Galileo etc.)
Minimum 6 months of call center or travel support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work from the office in Maadi
Graduates only (no undergraduates)
Base Salary
EGP 18000 NET/month
