Job Description
The Regional Sales Representative (RSR) works to support Customers and Builders throughout the Plains region in partnering with the following Cornerstone Building Brands: Ceco Building Systems Metallic Building Systems and Star Building Systems.
This is a remote position that will be supporting the following territory: Iowa Nebraska South Dakota North Dakota Minnesota Wisconsin and Illinois. The ideal candidate will be located in the territory or nearby radius.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attending in Person Builder Meetings to support Sales Teams
- Estimate File Entry & Maintenance of Sales Quotes
- Customer Training with Sales Systems as needed
- Assist in planning Regional Builder Meetings
- Supports District Sales Managers by preparing estimates and facilitating communications between Estimators and Builders
- Works with Regional Sales Manager to plan events and prepare reports to support sales growth in the region
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customers business and the critical measures that drive each account
- Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
- Ability to work with Operating System
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years Experience in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building Industry preferred
- 4-year bachelors degree preferred
- Strong communication skills and a desire to advance in Metal Building Sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building Systems associates customers subsidiaries agents
- Must have thorough understanding of construction process
- Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
- Must be able to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Travel 25%-50%

The US average base salary for this role is $65000-$75000 sales incentive medical dental vision benefits starting day 1 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30 hours per week.)
