The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with our organizational objectives and work culture. This role involves conducting market research managing compensation surveys supporting HR budgeting processes and ensuring compliance with legal standards. The specialist will also handle employee health benefits global mobility programs and various HR reporting tasks to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:
Develop consistent compensation policies in accordance with organizational objectives and work culture.
Conduct ongoing research on emerging market trends and best practices.
Conduct various compensation surveys to determine benefits and pay rates.
Perform job evaluations and review pay ranges through compensation benchmarking analysis.
Conduct job architecture and role/level mapping.
Ensure all procedures concerning promotion transfer and re-designation are carried out as per company policy and within legal boundaries.
Benefits Administration:
Lead the employee health insurance program including renewals raising awareness of health benefits.
Own the global mobility program for India location
Review existing policies against market standards and propose changes to attract and retain talent.
Budgeting and Financial Reporting:
Maintain the manpower cost and budget.
Own the employment cost budget and actual variance reporting process.
Provide support in HR employment cost budgeting and monthly variance analysis.
Report and publish various dashboards and financial reports including HR dashboards cost analysis and cost variance reports.
Analyze and highlight red flags on headcount employment costs and expenses to relevant stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities:
Being the focal point of contact to provide advice and guidance to local HR and escalation of issues to the right channel.
Build and develop education materials and communication strategies with relevant stakeholders to drive the overall compensation & benefits objectives.
Assist with any other related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
