The role is focused on answering calls handling tickets and supporting clients IT needs daily. You will manage Microsoft 365 issues VPN setup SharePoint OneDrive permissions and general technical support. You will also handle remote access tools log work properly and follow up on tickets.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls take messages and manage tickets using ConnectWise.
- Handle password resets Microsoft 365 support VPN setup for clients SharePoint and OneDrive permissions.
- Configure and support security tools such as Windows Defender Proofpoint SentinelOne and ATP.
- Set up and support VPN access for clients; assist with network access and server connections.
- Use remote access tools to resolve technical issues and assist clients quickly.
- Manage and update logs keep accurate records of all work done and ensure all work is billable (target about 70% billable work).
- Communicate clearly using email Teams and phone (calls are often transferred to Teams chat).
- Monitor dashboards check for tickets to close or escalate and document all activities
- Support project-related tasks (like Outlook deployment or process creation) as needed.
- Join weekly meetings and provide updates on work done.
Requirements
- Experience in service desk or helpdesk support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 SharePoint OneDrive and VPN setup.
- Familiar with ConnectWise and ITBoost.
- Able to use and understand security tools (Windows Defender Proofpoint SentinelOne ATP).
- Experience with remote access tools.
- Excellent communication and logging skills.
- Must be comfortable with answering 30 40 calls per day and managing high ticket volumes.
- Understand basic networking concepts; network engineer certification (MS-900 or similar) is a plus.

Education
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master s preferred).
