We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Birmingham-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives analyzing market trends and supporting campaigns that strengthen our clients brand presence. Responsibilities
Develop implement and track marketing campaigns across various channels
Conduct market research to identify trends customer behavior and competitive insights
Create marketing materials such as brochures presentations and reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives
Support the execution of promotional events and campaigns
Manage and update marketing content and documentation
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
2 years of experience in a marketing role or similar position
Strong understanding of marketing principles and project coordination
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
