Provide Level 2 on-site technical support and infrastructure project management
Monitor and improve IT operations management processes
Align infrastructure operations with digital transformation goals
Lead and coordinate with Headquarters for troubleshooting efforts for complex technical problems
Team Management & Talent Development: 25%
Monitor assess and motivate team members performance.
Lead the development of discipline-specific talent and build team succession plans.

Strategic Alignment & Digitalization Transformation: 5%
Participate in discussions on digital strategy and follow through on strategic digital initiatives.

Promote resource conservation and ensure the health and safety of personnel under your supervision.
Enforce safety regulations compliance procedures and correct usage of personal protective equipment.

Process Development & Operational Excellence: 10%
Design implement and optimize workflows and operational standards.

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in team management.
Proficient in core business processes of IT projects and operations including budgeting and vendor
management.
Familiar with IT management frameworks such as ITIL ISO20000 and ISO27000.
Solid understanding of infrastructure operations and demand analysis.
Hands-on infrastructure experience.
Experience in workflow and process optimization related to IT operations.
Strong interpersonal skills in communication negotiation and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of infrastructure project implementation and management.
Experience in multinational companies.
