General Summary:
Oversee all aspects of ticket operations for our intercollegiate athletics programs. This position is responsible for managing ticketing systems coordinating box office operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all platforms including online sales and in-venue services. The Assistant Athletic Director for Ticketing will also be responsible for hiring training and managing a student ticketing staff and will oversee game day ticketing operations to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment for fans. This role plays a key part in enhancing fan engagement streamlining operations and supporting overall attendance and departmental goals. Ability to work nights and weekends.
