Brand New Carlton Football Club Clinic

As we continue our company-wide journey of growth IA has partnered with Carlton Football Club (CFC) to provide a fully comprehensive diagnostic imaging facility within CFC home ground.

A full-time opportunity has arisen for an engaging and passionate Medical Imaging Receptionist

Working closely with the Operations Manager (VIC) Clinical Director CFC Operational and Medical team. You will be instrumental in strengthening our reputation and creating a Centre of Excellence for the Carlton community.

What are we looking for

As the first point of contact youll take great pride in the care and compassion you show to patients along with the quality of the work you do. By drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature youll put patients at ease guiding them through their visit to the practice while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

You may be an experienced Medical Receptionist looking to take the next step in your career or you may be looking for a career change and to use your transferrable customer service skills. Either waywe place a strong emphasis on the professional development of our team and will tailor a training program to develop and expand your skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming patients and providing them with information about their appointment
  • Managing calls and patient bookings
  • Responding to enquiries from patients and referrers
  • Managing patient invoicing and receipting

What are we looking for

To be successful you will need to have:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Experienced in managing a busy front desk including coordinating appointments and supporting clinical teams in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail when handling patient information bookings and administrative tasks ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times
  • Confident using medical software systems medical billing and and Microsoft Office applications
  • Committed team player who can also work independently with initiative and efficiency
