- Lead the planning execution and optimization of performance-driven campaigns for Autohero and across TV OOH Radio and digital channels including Streaming platforms and YouTube.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge measurement and attribution frameworks to maximize the effectiveness of both offline and online marketing initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance by integrating KPIs with core business data identifying strategic growth opportunities using advanced analytics tools.
- Oversee strategic budget management and allocation across channels to ensure efficient customer acquisition and sustainable brand growth.
- Build and present compelling data-backed business cases for brand initiatives while cultivating strong relationships with media partners and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations for TV pricing and manage high-level relationships with agencies to ensure optimal value and successful campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams utilizing data-driven insights to inspire innovative and impactful campaign concepts.
- Identify evaluate and scale new offline and online channels to drive continuous growth and competitive advantage for both brands.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in managing and scaling complex online and offline marketing campaigns with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or BigQuery as a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a keen attention to detail and a structured mindset for managing multiple high-stakes projects and campaigns.
- Extensive experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships at a senior level.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential.
- Expertise in programmatic media buying and shaping creative strategy and direction is highly desirable.
- Fluency in an additional European languageespecially German Spanish Swedish or Portugueseis a significant asset.
- High motivation adaptability and a commitment to challenging the status quo and driving innovation.
