Paralympics Australia exists to lead Paralympic sport and create a more inclusive world. As the peak body for Paralympic sport in Australia we have 24 member organisations and are responsible for selecting and managing the Australian Paralympic Teams to Summer and Winter Games.
The Role
The Fundraising Campaigns and Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering effective fundraising programs to drive organisations growth. Reporting to the General Manager Fundraising this role will plan lead execute and evaluate a range of integrated fundraising campaigns and activities to drive donations and fundraising revenue and engage and grow our donor base. This role can be based from either Brisbane Sydney or Melbourne offices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement PAs fundraising Campaigns Appeals RG Program Community Fundraising initiatives trade promotions and other fundraising activations.
Project manage the end-to-end delivery of fundraising campaigns including leading strategic planning campaign execution post campaign analysis and continuous evaluation of campaign performance.
Monitor and analyse campaign results beyond fundraising dollars (open rates click throughs page visits eDM vs DM). Post campaign prepare reports and present to wider CCB team.
Administer all donations in conjunction with Finance and manage administration relating to processing of donations and accuracy of donor data for Salesforce and reconciliation at month end.
Administer the RG program including donor management (enquiries expired credit card process welcome donor journeys EOFY receipting) and coordination of acquisition activities including Telemarketing campaigns.
Manage donor engagement administration and feedback and deliver highest quality donor care attending to all enquiries developing and delivery of donor journeys and management of donor care initiatives (birthday cards Christmas cards giving anniversary)
Lead relationships with third party agencies consultants and mailing houses to implement fundraising campaigns within agreed timeframes ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality execution incl data for mailing list.
Manage internal systems and processes within the Fundraising division to ensure efficiencies and optimal performance of systems.
Manage all fundraising resources including online platforms and third-party sitesto ensure optimal donor experience.
Assist GM Fundraising with the preparation of regular reports incl weekly revenue campaign acquisition and retention reports.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional project manager with proficiency in Salesforce Not for Profit pack have an innovative and creative mindset who enjoys crafting unique and appealing campaign strategies messaging and materials to resonate with donors. You are highly organised self-motivated and have a results-driven mindset that sees you monitor and track campaign performance identifying opportunities and pivoting as necessary to meet objectives.
You will be an excellent and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to positively interact with both internal and external stakeholders. Your excellent attention to detail ensures you deliver high quality reports project plans and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
