The DC Plan Management Associate will be responsible for working in a team environment completing assigned tasks retaining information and building knowledge in the field. As knowledge about the field increases responsibilities and tasks will grow up to and including responsibility of providing all aspects of plan administration to assigned clients.

What You Will Do
In this role you will
- Gain and develop thorough understanding of applicable IRS regulations as they apply to qualified retirement plans.
- Gain thorough understanding and maintain current knowledge of applicable IRS code sections.
- Gain and develop skills necessary to interpret the plan document and regulations applicable to administering qualified retirement plans.
- Gain and develop full understanding of clients and their plans. Develop in-depth understanding of each clients sensitivities plan design and needs and objectives with respect to their benefit plans.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships for assigned clients.
- Proactively manage accounts by setting appropriate expectations.
- Address all issues brought to Milliman by plan sponsors and external partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to client and participant inquiries resolve service issues and demonstrate a proactive solution-based approach to enhance client relations.
- Deliver the highest quality of service to clients associates and management.
- Understanding of more complex plan features such as stock and brokerage
- Ability to handle more complex clients
- Ability to handle a larger workload
What We Are Looking For
Required Professional Qualifications
- 1-10 years of industry experience but with an aptitude towards problem solving (Analyst level is 0-5 years of industry experience and Associate level is 5-10 years of industry experience)

Location
This role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas Texas but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.

Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $54900 - $125040. A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.
For candidates residing in:
- Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey Pennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District of Columbia:
- $60390 - $93610 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and
- $71720 - $114620 for experience greater than 5 years.
- New York City Newark San Jose or San Francisco:
- $65880 - $102120 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and
- $78240 - $125040 for experience greater than 5 years.
- All other states:
- $54900 - $85100 if overall experience is less than 5 years; and
- $65200 - $104200 for experience greater than 5 years.
