Job Description

  • Role: Performs daily FTZ operations focusing on documentation and compliance
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing daily transactions including admissions withdrawals and inventory adjustments
  • Preparing in-bond documents (7512 or PTTs) for movement into and out of the zone
  • Preparing and submitting required documentation and forms to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
  • Maintaining accurate record-keeping and ensuring compliance with FTZ regulations
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations
  • Assisting in resolving discrepancies and performing inventory reconciliation processes.
  • Supporting the FTZ Administrator or Manager in various tasks

Qualifications :

  • Certifications:  Customs Brokers License is required  
  • Minimum 2 years experience in FTZ operations In-bonds (7512 or PTTs)
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and communication skills.
