Education Requirements:
- Masters degree and eleven )11) years of relevant experience. Or alternatively a Bachelors degree and thirteen (13) years of relevant experience.
- Required degree must be in information systems business systems management information systems IT management and/or other IT degree.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a business analyst role.
- Strong communication skills including experience facilitating requirements analysis and functional design working sessions.
- Experience with Axure is preferred.
- Experience developing mockups using Visio.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
- Experience with business process re-engineering.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks.
- Understanding of business analysis principles processes and techniques.
- Strong consultative and advisory skills.
- Must be a self-directed self-sufficient analyst with demonstrated initiative sense of urgency and ability to come up to speed as a subject matter expert in a very short timeframe gaining customer confidence.
- Effective interpersonal skills especially with senior leadership.
- Experience working in scrum development environment.
- Experience managing requirements in JIRA.
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Application Software Testing.
- Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Ability to produce Test Plan Test design Scenarios Test cases Test Reports Test Metrics and Defect Reports.
- Proficient in Integration testing functional testing regression testing 508 testing performance testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Proficient in both manual and automated testing process.
- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) preferred.
- Experience in Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Experience with Selenium SortSite SiteImprove and JMeter tools preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills .
