Your new challenge:
For our established property the Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano including the adjoining MEC South Tyrol Conference Center the largest in the region we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Hotel Operation Manager with a strong focus on Rooms Division and extensive expertise in conference and marketing operations.
This position is aimed at visionary leaders ready to take responsibility in a dynamic international environment while staying closely connected to South Tyrolean culture and community.
Your responsibilities:
Strategic and operational responsibility for the Rooms Division (Reservations Revenue Reception Housekeeping SPA/Beauty)
Optimization and quality assurance across Front Office Housekeeping Guest Services and Guest Relations
Close cooperation with the other departments Administration Group & Conference F&B Maintenance Sales & Marketing Banqueting/Catering
Active involvement in positioning the hotel and conference center in both national and international markets
Leading motivating and developing a dedicated and professional team
Cost control budget responsibility and performance reporting
Ensuring compliance with the Marriott International quality standards

Your profile:
Several years of experience in upscale hotel management ideally within the Marriott Group
In-depth knowledge and leadership experience in Rooms Division
Solid background in conference and event management
Excellent command of Opera PMS
Languages: German and/or Italian plus English all at an excellent professional level
Proven leadership and negotiation skills team orientation and flexibility
Strong organizational talent structured work ethic strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset
