Job Description

Advertising Sales Manager Israel Markets - Relocation To London

Were looking for a commercially driven and growth-focused Growth Advertising Sales Manager to join our IL Market team in London. In this role youll be responsible for generating new business prospecting and closing deals and driving significant revenue growth in the Israeli performance advertising market. Youll act as a strategic consultant to advertisers working with a fast-moving high-potential market while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance and deliver results.

To thrive in this role youll need:

  • Native or professional fluency in Hebrew and English
  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to identify and engage high-potential leads
  • A proven track record in sales ideally in digital advertising or performance marketing
  • Strong deal-closing negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Independence and motivation to manage a full sales cycle
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced target-driven environment
  • Active listening structured thinking and confidence in client-facing conversations
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with Israeli advertisers including brands affiliates D2C dropshippers or agencies.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Excel Qlik or other performance marketing tools
  • Knowledge of digital media buying or campaign optimization

How youll make an impact:

As a Growth Advertising Sales Manager youll play a key role in:

  • Driving and delivering on quarterly new business targets by identifying pitching and closing advertising deals
  • Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting to activation
  • Generating a high volume of outreach and creating qualified opportunities
  • Building long-term relationships with key players in the Israeli digital advertising market
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients bringing data-driven recommendations and strategic insights
  • Participating in key industry events and conferences
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Sales AMs Product and Support
