Work Environment
Position is an indoor warehouse setting with moderate noise levels including voices office equipment and foot traffic sounds. Employee may interact with customers sales representatives and other internal departments.

Job Summary
Provide product technical support advice and assistance to external and internal customers. Understand and analyze customer requirements for product design modification or appropriate application. Installation and/or field work required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Delivery service and support to customers and/or end user.
Provide technical support for internal and on-site customers.
Compares analyzes and determines if existing products can meet customers needs.
Consults with direct supervision or internal customers for product modifications.
May prepare proposals quotations and apply appropriate pricing.
Maintains current knowledge of companys products and equipment capabilities.
Completes assigned departmental projects.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
Possess knowledge of product and industry standards affecting quality.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
May perform cad tasks.
