Job Description
Industry: Services
Location: Malta
Basis: Full-time
Remuneration: Salary
Main Duties:
- Supervise and ensure scheduled routing of sales orders and required documentation
- Timely replenishment for picking direct departures and exports
- Coordinate efficient stock operations (receiving picking replenishing loading)
- Ensure smooth production and manage off-peak team tasks
- Verify import receipts storage and accurate WMS data entry for received goods
- Assist with basic accounting provide regular/ad hoc reports and coordinate reconciled stocktakes
- Oversee facility and fleet cleaning/upkeep; maintain related records
- Reconcile supplier invoices/statements verifying adherence to SFCs agreed prices quantities quality and terms
- Deliver daily Kaizen Meetings
What skills do you need
- Ideally have as a minimum an O Level standard of education
- Have experience in the logistics field
- Possess ICT and good presentation skills
- Be conscious of warehouse upkeep
- Possess strong leadership team facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Be flexible and able to work shift work
- Have good analytical skills and be proactive
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
