A prestigious U.S. law firm in Hong Kong is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Office Assistant to provide support in reception mail handling conference coordination and general office services.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and manage calls mail and courier services
- Schedule and coordinate conference rooms for seamless meetings
- Liaise with vendors for copying binding messenger and car services
- Assist the Marketing Team with event logistics and on-site support
- Ensure office facilities are maintained and operational
- Arrange local transfers restaurant bookings and access cards for visiting staff
- Support HR with administrative tasks and document updates
- Handle other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of client service experience preferably in a professional firm (law firm experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (including conversational Mandarin)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
