As receptionist you are one of the first faces seen or voices heard by our valued customers. We encourage a clean professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Handle customer inquiries on the phone or face to face. Supply information regarding the business to the general public clients and customers. Experience in the auto dealership setting would be a plus but is not required. This is an part-time position (Approx 30 hours per week) which includes working Saturdays. You must also be available to cover the other reception shifts if one is sick or on vacation.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephones screen and direct calls
- Take/relay messages
- Greet customers and direct to correct department
- Provide customers with information
- Knowledge of staff movement in and out of dealership
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain the reception area
- Knowledge of sales marketing programs
