Job Description

- Experience in remodeling and construction projects
- Proficiency in the following areas:
-Perform demolition framing drywall painting flooring and finish carpentry
- Trim carpentry
- Tile laying
- Door hanging
-Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
-Maintain clean and organized work areas
-Follow project plans timelines and safety procedures
-Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and clients
-Document work progress and materials used
Requirements:
- 4 years minimum experience in remodeling
-Valid drivers license
- Perform various remodeling tasks including but not limited to:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required
-Must be able to use basic hand tools such as a screwdriver wrench hammer crowbar and power tools
-Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
-Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagrammatic form
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
