Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily operations and support various administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills advanced computer proficiency and experience with AI tools and social media platforms. This role involves digitizing paperwork managing spreadsheets and supporting internal communications and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize digital and physical office records
Digitize paperwork and update spreadsheets with accuracy and timeliness
Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
Utilize AI tools to streamline repetitive administrative tasks
Support interdepartmental communication and project coordination
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator Administrative Assistant or similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT automation software)
Experience managing business social media accounts (e.g. Facebook Instagram LinkedIn)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
High attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills
