Job Description
Were seeking for a Customer Support Agent to join our Porto-based team. This role blends marketing insight with hands-on customer care supporting clients through their digital advertising journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries (non-voice - via chat and/or ticket) with accuracy
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues as needed
- Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
- Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Fluent Russian (C1/C2) Good English (B2)
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
- Must be based in Porto
