Start date: Flexible over the next 23 months
Location: Athens or Thessaloniki

The Job
As a Customer Support Specialist youll assist Portuguese-speaking customers by phone email or chat. Whether its answering general questions solving delivery issues or helping with account support your role is to ensure a smooth and friendly experience.
The projects cover a wide range of industries for example tech fashion travel e-commerce gaming and digital services. During the hiring process well assess your profile and background to match you with the most suitable project one that fits your interests skills and future goals.
The Offer
-1100/month base salary 2 extra full months of salary per year

What Were Looking For
- Native-level Portuguese and very fluent English (B2 or higher)
- EU citizenship (mandatory to work in Greece)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Interest in living and working abroad
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not a must
- Motivation to dive into a new culture
