Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Agent English Speaker Digital Marketing
Location: On-site in Lisbon Portugal (local candidates only no relocation)
Start Date: 17 July (urgent hiring)
About the Role:
We are hiring English-speaking Customer Service Agents to join an international team in Lisbon. You will support a major digital advertising platform assisting clients with their campaigns and ensuring outstanding service.
This role is ideal for professionals with a background in paid campaigns and either a degree in Marketing or solid experience in Digital Marketing.
Important: If these qualifications are not clearly visible on the CV the client will cancel the interview.

What Were Looking For:
- English level C2 / native (spoken & written)
- Solid experience with paid campaigns (mandatory)
- Degree in Marketing or proven relevant experience in Digital Marketing (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Must already be residing in Lisbon (local candidates only no relocation provided)
