Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple development teams ensuring timely high-quality delivery

Drive technical strategy implementation and architectural decisions

Mentor and develop team members

Improve engineering practices and standards (code review CI/CD)

Oversee large technical projects and manage risks

Collaborate with product business and support teams

Evaluate and implement new technologies

Represent technical function in C-level meetings

Ensure product security with CISO and CTO
Requirements
-
Experience managing engineering teams (15 people)

Strong software development and architecture background
-
Knowledge of CI/CD DevOps testing processes

Experience improving engineering standards

Proficiency with Jira Confluence

Higher technical education or equivalent experience

Fluent Russian English sufficient for documentation and partner communication
