Company Overview:
Our client an agriculture company is a fast-growing Cambodian business focused on building sustainable export value chains for high-quality agricultural products. They work closely with local farmers and processors to ensure quality standards while connecting Cambodian products such as cashew nuts black pepper and chili to international markets. The company is committed to supporting rural economic growth through innovation quality and sustainability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the GM in strategic planning and execution of export business development.
- Lead new product development market entry and promotion of processed and semi-processed export commodities.
- Oversee sourcing quality control logistics and compliance with international export standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers processors buyers and relevant government agencies.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and pricing dynamics to inform strategy.
- Support team management budgeting and performance reporting to the GM/CEO.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Agribusiness Business Administration International Trade or related field (Masters preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in agribusiness/export/trade including 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of agricultural value chains preferably cashew nuts black pepper or chili.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Khmer is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
