1. Solution Architecture: Designing scalable and robust Workfront solutions that align with business objectives including work intake project/resource management approvals reporting dashboards and workflow automation.
2. Configuration and Customization: Configuring Workfront features such as custom forms templates approval workflows user roles and advanced reporting (including text mode).
3. Integration Expertise: Developing and maintaining integrations between Workfront Workfront Fusion and other enterprise systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager Salesforce Jira ServiceNow Marketo).
4. Workflow Automation: Utilizing Workfront Fusion to automate workflows and streamline processes improving efficiency and consistency.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with business leaders project managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements provide guidance and ensure alignment with business needs.
6. Training and Support: Developing training materials mentoring users and providing ongoing support for Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
7. Governance and Change Management: Establishing and enforcing best practices for business workflows change management user adoption and system governance.
8. System Administration: Partnering with system administrators to manage Workfront setups access levels layout templates and other administrative tasks.
9. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
Primary Skills
1. Deep Workfront Expertise: Extensive experience with Adobe Workfront including Workfront Fusion.
2. Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of Workfront integrations and API-based automation.
3. Workflow Design: Experience designing and implementing complex workflows and automations.
4. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for Workfront and Fusion.
Secondary Skills
1. Business Acumen: Understanding of marketing operations project lifecycle management and business processes.
2. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of new Workfront releases evaluating enhancements and providing feedback on new features.
