Location: The Learning Experience South Carolina
Program: 4KSteps
- Deliver engaging developmentally appropriate instruction in alignment with the 4KSteps curriculum and The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. learning model.
- Collaborate with the 4KSteps program guide and coach to plan implement and reflect on classroom activities and student progress.
- Maintain a nurturing and structured classroom environment that supports emotional social and academic growth.
- Build meaningful relationships with children families and colleagues to foster a positive learning community.
- Use observation and assessment tools to track student growth and communicate progress to families.
- Ensure compliance with all state and program licensing requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
This is a requirement under South Carolinas 4KSteps program guidelines. - A minimum of six months of professional teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting (one year preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with peers and instructional coaches.
- Passion for early childhood development and commitment to equity in education.
- Collaboration and Coaching: Work directly with 4KSteps program support staff including your assigned coach and program guide.
