Are you ready to be part of a dynamic engaged and customer facing sales team and are passionate about premium electric vehicles Do you want to lead all aspects of the sales process from the first contact with the customer to the order and the delivery Then apply now as Cadillac Senior Sales Advisor Munich and join our team in the heart of Munich.
What you can expect in this role:
- Be in the driver seat of the sales funnel: complete test drives create offers achieve order and sales goals and deliver the vehicle
- Be the main contact for your customer and maintain long-lasting relationships: Excite and advise customers on all aspects of the Cadillac ownership helping the customer select the right product configuration and purchase option
- Master your customer database by contacting prospective buyers doing comprehensive needs analysis and updating the CRM system
- Develop a deep understanding of product features sales and service processes and use insights to refine the business
- Be the product ambassadors and EV evangelists that represents Cadillacs values and vision by supporting local events and activate the local networks to generate leads and grow business
- Mentor onboard and coordinate junior levels interns and external promoter staff
What you bring to this role:
- Several years of premium/luxury retail sales automotive experience is an advantage
- B-Drivers license
- Passion for EVs and Cadillac
- Strong skills in communication empathy persuasiveness and stress resistance
- Hands-on and proactive mentality with the customer and teamwork always in focus
- Flexibility to work from Monday Saturday based on a five-day work week
- Fluent in German and English language skills
Onsite - This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the store in Munich on a full-time basis.
