In this pivotal role you wont just manage schedules and documents; youll be an indispensable partner ensuring seamless communication coordinating high-level meetings and directly contributing to our organizational success. From orchestrating impactful board retreats and meticulously preparing critical materials to streamlining essential administrative processes and supporting vital Resource Development initiatives your efforts will directly empower our leadership and drive our mission forward.
Essential Functions:
Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO CFO COO CSO and Board of Directors.
Assists the CEO with Board communications correspondence and meeting coordination.
Coordinates logistics for all Board meetings including scheduling catering preparing materials attending meetings and recording minutes.
Maintains records distributes correspondence and takes minutes for all Safety Committee meetings.
Schedules meetings manages calendars and coordinates appointments for leadership as needed.
Provides support on special projects for directors and managers as needed.
Assists the Resource Development Manager and team with planning and executing projects and events.
Completes monthly donation data entry and reporting.
Collects and organizes key organizational documents including contracts licenses/certifications and certificates of insurance.
Supervises trains and supports administrative office staff as assigned
Education and/or Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in a related field may substitute for up to 2 years or experience.
Valid ODL and acceptable driving record.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal history check.
