As we evolve our operating model to better serve our customers and associates were looking for a Transformation & Change Manager to lead guide and energise our teams through meaningful change.
This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by supporting large scale transformation while embedding a culture of collaboration resilience and continuous improvement.
In this 12-month contract role youll play a critical part in rolling out our new operating model across ANZ. Youll drive change strategy lead communications and partner with leaders to support our associates through key transitions in systems structures and processes.
Reporting to the ANZ P&O Transformation Lead youll act as the central point for all change activities working across global and local teams to ensure alignment engagement and smooth delivery.
What youll do:
Lead change strategy and execution for major transformation initiatives
Drive adoption of new systems and processes using Prosci (ADKAR)
Support leaders and teams with tools insights and clear communications
Track success metrics and continuously improve change delivery
Collaborate with global change teams across the UK US and APAC
What youll bring:
Proven experience delivering change in complex cross-functional environments
Expertise in change methodologies (Prosci certification preferred)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to simplify the complex and drive alignment across teams
Experience in managing and/or deep involvement in a multi-work stream program/PMO
Some travel to Wodonga and global calls will be required.
