Were working with a beautifully restored independently run country pub tucked away in the Cotswolds. Known for its seasonal menus relaxed charm and warm hospitality theyre now looking for a Sous Chef to join their small close-knit kitchen team of three.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate and reliable chef who loves working with fresh produce thrives in a friendly team and enjoys the buzz of a busy service.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Sous Chef
- 35000 per annum plus circa 4800 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week with a mix of straight and split shifts flexibility available

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Cooking for up to 50 covers per service during busy periods
- Running your section and stepping up when the Head Chef is off
- Getting stuck into prep service and maintaining high food hygiene standards
- Helping mentor junior team members in a collaborative kitchen culture
This role would suit a strong Sous Chef or a confident Junior Sous Chef who is ready to take that next step. If you love cooking honest quality food in a welcoming environment this could be the perfect fit.
