Find potential customers (end customers and/or system integrators) on target industry segments and applications.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities. Expand the customer base driving revenue growth.
Develop and execute actionable plans to maximize sales efforts in the field. Enhance sales activities efficiency and effectiveness.
Strengthen relationships and increase business with existing customers. Boost customer retention and upsell opportunities.
Understand and address evolving customer needs and assess relationship quality. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop innovative approaches to overcome market challenges and capitalize on opportunities. Maintain competitive advantage and drive sales growth.
Together with the project team develop suitable customer solutions and present them in a professional manner including technical preparation risk assessment scheduling and overall cost calculation of projects and preparation of customer quotations including technical / commercial approvals according to Kardex policies.
Technical and commercial project negotiation project completion and handover to Realization team.
Support team goals and collaborate to achieve collective results. Foster a cooperative work environment and achieve team objectives.
Recognize market requirements and bring them into the organization collaboration with marketing.
Monthly reporting of sales activities according to company KPIs.
Your profile
Bachelors degree in Logistics Mechanical Engineering or technical related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales experience (preferably in intralogistics or industrial machinery).
Consultative sales experience. Familiar with Miller Heiman Sales Methodology or similar.
Technical and commercialexperience including leading complex negotiations and used to dealing with contractual documentation (contracts NDAs terms & conditions etc.).
Enjoy working with objectives and familiar with working under pressure.
Languages: Spanish and English is a must. Portuguese would be an asset.
