Job Description:
- Assist in planning coordinating and executing projects
- Prepare project schedules timelines resource allocation plans
- Collaborate with project team members stakeholders and clients for effective communication
- Ensure timely & accurate project status reporting
- Manage project documentation records and archives
- Maintain project budgets track expenses and perform cost analysis
- Identify report and assist in resolving project risks andissues
- Assist in developing and implanting project quality plans and standards
- Conduct quality assurance activities such as monitoring/reporting
- Provide support and guidance to project team members as needed
- Perform other project related duties as assigned
- 1-2 years of experience in a project manager or related role (project assistant/coordinator/ administrator)
- Proven track record of supporting project teams in achieving project goals
- Proven track record of implementing E2E scratch NetSuite implementations or NS Rescue projects
- Strong experience in PM tools and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong experience collaborating with cross functional teams including project managers consultants and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Word and Power Point
- Familiarity with PM software like Trello TeamWork MS Project ProjEx is a plus
