Job Description

An established practice with loyal long-standing patients is looking for an Experienced Office Manager to join their team and ensure smooth operations. The enjoyable environment of honest and ethical dentistry requires excellent communication skills camaraderie teamwork and professionalism.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the dental office and office staff.
  • Manage and book appointments using systems such as Recall Max.
  • Manage front desk operations including patient check-in scheduling and billing.
  • Provide guidance training and supervision to office staff ensuring optimal performance.
  • Handle budgeting and financial tasks such as submitting insurance claims billing invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Handle payroll accounts receivable (A/R) and purchasing office supplies.
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings to optimize patient flow.
  • Handle patient inquiries complaints and concerns with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM)
  • Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM)

Compensation:

  • $70000 - $80000 per year

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 1 years working as an office manager in a dental office.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the dental field.
  • Knowledge of Recall Max and Cleardent.
  • Experience with treatment coordinating strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
  • Strong budgeting skills and experience managing financial tasks.
  • Strong communicationorganizational and leadership skills as well as ability to multitask and to motivate the team toward common goals.
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
