We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our vibrant team in the IT sector. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a competitive environment possess strong leadership and communication skills and have hands-on experience in managing sales client relationships and business documentation. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth enhancing client engagement and supporting marketing efforts.
Sales & Lead Generation:
Initiate cold calls and outreach activities to identify and connect with potential clients.
Schedule and conduct product or service demonstrations showcasing business value.
Follow up diligently on leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Respond to client inquiries address challenges and maintain a client-first approach.
Client Management & Communication:
Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients ensuring clear communication and timely support.
Build trust and rapport with decision-makers to enhance customer retention.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and manage sales-related documents including proposals presentations and reports.
Use MS Office tools (Word PowerPoint Excel) for daily documentation and data analysis.
Monitor project progress and report key performance metrics to leadership.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in B2B sales or IT services is a strong plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
